The app offers real-time GPS tracking, showcased through Google Earth, giving drivers an edge by providing customers with timely and visually rich location updates. Whether updates are communicated every 15 minutes or at 1 to 4-hour intervals, they enable customers to see the driver's current position as well as the prevailing traffic and weather conditions. Additionally, the platform enables drivers to input their return trips or spare capacity, known as 'Dead Headings', directly within the system, offering real-time advertising to a vast network of potential employers who may need their services. The system also includes an advanced dispatch feature that alerts users to loads matching their location and vehicle specifications. Moreover, drivers can update their job status within the platform at various stages of the delivery process. Automated email alerts can be set up to notify up to three email addresses with these updates, again enhanced by Google Earth visuals.
